WELCOME TO COMMON GROUND MINISTRIES!
Common Ground Ministries is a singing and prison ministry based in Berlin, Ohio. Our focus is the Ohio Corrections system which includes 32 state prison facilities and one Federal Correctional Institution. In a typical year CGM will perform approximately 100 prison chapel services (in 50 prisons).
We also go to churches, camps, concerts, banquets,... wherever we are invited. Our purpose is to present the gospel through song.
•AN INVITATION TO THE CARTER FOLD!
"The Church In The Wildwood; a Gospel Tribute to The Carter Family" is being sung and sold. This tribute ended up sounding great! A recording project is like a car; even though it's a good brand, sometimes you get a honey and sometimes it turns out to be a lemon. This is a "Honey." Everything (singing, musicians, engineering...) seemed to come together to make a great sounding recording! I even got a call from A.P. Carter's granddaughter, Flo Wolfe, asking for ten more copies. And she invited me to sing at the Carter Fold! I'll keep you posted. We will probably go in February!
